Man Dies From Eating Ultra-hot Chili Sauce

"An aspiring cook who challenged his friend to a chilli-eating contest died just hours later.

Andrew Lee, 33, had used a bag of home-grown red chillies to make a super-hot sauce.

The forklift truck driver, who had recently passed a medical at work, dared his girlfriend's brother to eat a spoonful - then ate a plateful himself. Shortly after he had a heart attack and died."

Singapore Formula One Grand Prix 2008 Result

FERNANDO ALONSO WINS THE FIRST EVER SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX!!! Absolutely precision driving by the Spaniard. You saw what he can do with the Renault R28 during the Friday & Saturday practice sessions, besides the fuel pressure failure during Q2 of the Qualifying Session yesterday. It's inspiring to watch him work his way from 15th place on the starting grid to the top. But let's not forget his teammate Piquet's accident that brought out the safety car, which indirectly contributed to his victory.

On the other hand, it's a night to forget for Ferrari. If the pit lane traffic jam wasn't bad enough already, Massa had the refueling hose stuck on his F2008, which eventually cost him the race (and perhaps the World Championship). With a handful of laps to go, Raikkonen made a silly unforced error, losing control at Turn 10 & got a taste of concrete, ha!

Hamilton would be the happiest man, a 3rd place is good enough to open a 7-point lead over fellow World Championship rival, Massa. Last but not least, McLaren is now leading in the Constructor Championship by a single point. The race result as follows:

Position Driver Team Laps Time/Retired Grid Pts

Massa (Ferrari) takes pole! It was a great lap & he definitely deserves it. A slight mistake on the final lap cost Hamilton precious milliseconds he needed, thus falling into second place, which is bad on a track that is incredibly hard to overtake.

The World Championship fight is still on!

Precision driving by Fernando Alonso. Although he's not my favorite driver, but I've got to admit that he is one of the, if not the most talented driver out there (with 2 world championships to back-up the claim).

During the practice session, the huge difference in stability between Kovalainen's McLaren & Barrichello's Honda can't be more obvious, with the latter on the edge of spinning out of control. Getting the ride-height right is another tricky issue, as you can see on tv cars get bottom out at certain sectors. (Too high: Loss of down force & makes the car oversteery; too low; car bottoms out & loses traction)

UEFA Cup rebranded as Europa League

"The UEFA Cup will be renamed the Europa League from next season in an effort to boost the popularity of the ailing competition.

The new-look league will also be extended to include 48 clubs in 12 groups of four, with teams playing each other home and away as opposed to just once as it stands now.

The winner and runner-up in each group then join the eight teams that drop out of the Champions League in a 32-club knock-out stage."

How To Embed High Quality YouTube Video

Viewers can now choose to watch YouTube videos in High Quality mode. Technically speaking, the videos are being streamed at a much higher resolution, specifically 480x360 and encoded in MP4 format (H.264 with AAC audio).

On the other hand, users discovered that videos cannot be embedded in High Quality mode, neither do the video-host provide any help on that. So today, I am going to teach you a very simple hack that will work on all blogs/websites, followed by a side-by-side comparison:

1) As usual, copy the default embed code provided by YouTube

2) Find the 2 URL in "param" & "embed", replace the part in green with &ap=%2526fmt%3D18

http://www.youtube.com/v/xxxxxxxxxxx&hl=en&fs=1

You will find 2 such lines in the default embed code, the xxx is the unqiue video ID and the &hl=en&fs=1 being the default query string:

A hacked URL should look like this:

http://www.youtube.com/v/xxxxxxxxxxx&ap=%2526fmt%3D18
