Continued from Part1...
Now, you have seen the performance of various versions of Crysis. Let us move on to the impact of graphics card driver on the game itself.
I have chosen these 3 drivers for testing: 169.21WHQL, 171.17WHQL & 174.53Beta. Why I pick these 3 out of the dozens available? Very simple, 169.21 is the latest WHQL driver officially available at Nvidia.com, while 171.17 is the latest WHQL driver I can find. Lastly, 174.53 Beta is the most up-to-date driver I can find as of the point of testing.
Test Result
Interesting numbers here, besides 1024x768 with 0xAA, 171.17 WHQL performs best at all other situations. Let me put it this way: on average, 171.17 is 1.63% faster than 169.21. From my testing, do not expect miracles from drivers.

...again, for those who are skeptical about the reliability of my numbers. =)
