An original copy of Adobe Photoshop CS3 will set you back at S$896. Besides the price, not many individuals will ever make use of those advanced features available.
So today, I'm gonna introduce you to a web-based "Photoshop", absolutely FREE-OF-CHARGE...

Importing images, you can open photos not only from your local computer, but also from other popular photo sharing sites like Facebook, flickr, Picasa or from any URL!
Multiple images can be opened at the same time.
Unless you own a large LCD screen, else I do not recommend editing high resolution images, 2 megapixel (1600x1200) should be the maximum. Because the zooming option only allows you to zoom it down to 50%.
Just like Photoshop, you can layer images over another & adjust opacity accordingly.

My single-core Pentium-M 1.73Ghz was struggling with brush.
Windows task manager tells me that this feature consumes huge amount of CPU power.
Text comes with a few basic fonts.
This feature is a bit hard to use in my opinion.

- Excellent features offered by a web-based software
- Multiple image importing sources
- User-friendly
CON:
- Texting option is not so user-friendly
- It'd be good to include short-cut keys
- Lack of zooming options
