mango pudding, i give it a 5 out of 5!
none of those artificial crap you get from Singapore comes close to this!
Peak Tram, which yea, goes to the peak...
we were 'fortunate' to be stuck halfway for a couple of minutes,

a very high end Chinese restaurant famous for their roast goose..
"Century Egg with Pickled Ginger"
the most delicious century egg money can buy,
it cost about S$3/ea
roasted to perfection, just a dip of plum sauce brings out the natural taste & tenderness of the meat. Nothing comes close to this, seriously.
1/4 goose cost about S$25,
and goose is NOT duck!
